At Handmadeshopgift, we are committed to your satisfaction with our flower bed and balcony arrangement services. This Return Policy explains our approach to service quality, plant health guarantees, and how we address concerns.
Our Satisfaction Commitment
We take pride in delivering high-quality flower arrangement services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can address your concerns promptly.
Plant Quality Guarantee
All plants provided by handmadeshopgift are carefully selected for health and quality at the time of installation. We guarantee that plants are:
- Free from disease and significant pest damage at installation
- Appropriate for the growing conditions of your space
- Properly planted according to best horticultural practices
- Of the species and varieties specified in your service agreement
Initial Establishment Period
We offer a 14-day establishment period during which we will address any issues related to plant health that arise from installation or initial plant quality. This period begins on the date of installation.
During this period, if a plant fails to establish or shows significant decline due to factors related to installation or plant quality, we will assess the situation and, at our discretion, replace the plant or provide appropriate remedies.
Exclusions from Guarantee
Our plant quality guarantee does not cover plant failure or decline resulting from:
- Inadequate watering or overwatering by the client
- Extreme weather conditions or natural events beyond normal seasonal variation
- Damage caused by pests, animals, or people after installation
- Failure to follow provided care instructions
- Changes to growing conditions made by the client
- Normal seasonal die-back of perennials or deciduous plants
Plants are living organisms and subject to natural processes. While we select healthy specimens and install them properly, we cannot guarantee indefinite survival as ongoing plant health depends on many factors beyond our control.
Service Quality Concerns
If you have concerns about the quality of our installation work, design implementation, or other aspects of our service, please contact us within 7 days. We will:
- Listen to your concerns carefully
- Schedule a site visit if necessary
- Work with you to find a satisfactory resolution
- Make adjustments or corrections as appropriate
Deposit and Payment Policy
Deposits paid to secure scheduling are generally non-refundable once work has been scheduled and materials have been ordered. However, we will work with you to reschedule services when possible.
If you cancel before materials are ordered and work is scheduled, deposits may be refunded minus an administrative fee. Each situation will be evaluated individually.
Final payment is due upon completion of services. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the work, please communicate this before making final payment so we can address concerns.
Follow-Up Visits
Many of our service packages include follow-up visits to check on plant establishment and address any concerns. These visits are an important part of ensuring your satisfaction and the success of your flower arrangements.
During follow-up visits, we will assess plant health, make minor adjustments, and provide additional guidance as needed.
Weather-Related Issues
Toronto weather can be unpredictable. If scheduled services need to be postponed due to inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenient opportunity. No cancellation fees apply for weather-related rescheduling.
Making a Claim
To make a claim under this policy or to report concerns about our services:
- Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of noticing the issue
- Provide specific details about your concerns
- Allow us to schedule a site visit if necessary
- Work with us cooperatively to reach a resolution
We value your satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.
